Description
The Head of Residential Billing reports into the Director of Finance. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Oversee and manage all Residential Billing operations
- Develop and implement billing processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline billing procedures.
- Lead and mentor the Treasury and Billing team
- Ensure compliance with the appropriate regulatory bodies.
- Identify and implement strategies to improve billing practices.
- Liaise with residents and their families regarding billing inquiries.
Profile
A successful Head of Residential Billing should have:
- A strong background in transactional finance
- Proven experience in a similar role within the not-for-profit or charity sector.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle billing inquiries.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Job Offer
The successful candidate can expect a starting salary c£55-61,000 + hybrid, flexible working + 33 days annual leave + other voluntary benefits + an inclusive and compassionate work culture.
