Teesside Hospice is looking for a Head of Retail to lead its 14 stores, online trading and drive an ambitious growth agenda.
Our fantastic shops, led by managers and supported by volunteers, work with our amazing fundraising team to generate over £6M per year for the hospice. We use this funding to provide palliative and end of life care, lymphoedema treatment, bereavement support and wellbeing services that improve the quality of life of people in North and South Tees, Cleveland and North Yorkshire.
We already provide excellent services, but we want to do more to meet the needs of our communities.
We are looking for a driven retail professional with experience of leading multiple units, or a department, to take charge of our strong retail team and improve the excellent customer care we already provide, whilst seeking more opportunities to grow into new areas.
There may be other opportunities for further career development as we look to invest in more commercial activities in the future to fund our plans for growth.
