Ready to lead the charge in precision and innovation in demand forecasting? We're seeking a dynamic, commercially focused leader for our Global Retail Planning Team, driving tangible results and guiding our transition to a seamlessly integrated o9 planning system.

Please note that relocation support is not offered for this role.

Core Responsibilities

Ready to pioneer the transformation of Retail Planning at the LEGO® Retail Business? Here's your opportunity to make an impact!

  • Lead and develop the Retail Planning, Merchandising & In-Stock team towards excellence.
  • Navigate diverse perspectives to refine LEGO Retail forecasts across 35 LEGO.com sites and 200+ LEGO Branded Stores.
  • Foster high-performance teams while future-proofing the organization.
  • Drive continuous improvement in forecasting by setting ambitious goals for yourself and your team.
  • Achieve sustainable results by balancing long-term vision with short-term objectives.
  • Spearhead the migration to the innovative o9 planning tool, collaborating closely with Digital and Data Science teams.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Minimum of 8 years commercial expertise within the consumer products sector
  • Extensive global exposure spanning Asia, Europe, and the Americas
  • Proficient in commercial operations with a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end value chain
  • Demonstrated leadership and motivational prowess
  • Possesses a problem-solving competence to navigate complex challenges
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication proficiencies
  • Prior experience with o9 technology is advantageous
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required
