Salary: £27k - £32k + Excellent Benefits

Full-Time, Permanent, Monday - Friday

The Client:

Our client is a reputable childcare nursery, delivering quality care and exceptional experiences for children aged 12 weeks to 5 years.

The Role:

As a Head of Room, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing a baby room as well as team.

Requirements:

- Previously worked as a Head of Room or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of EYFS principles.
- Understanding of child development (birth to 5 years).
- Knowledge of the importance of supporting transitions.
- Minimum 1 year of management experience. (Preferred)
- At least 2 years of childcare and nursery experience. (Preferred
- Right to work in the UK.
