Head of SaaS Sales
Reading (Hybrid Role - Bi-Weekly meetings)
£65,000-£85,000 + Bonus + Pension + Holiday + Generous Package

An excellent and unique opportunity presents itself to an individual with a strong track record in SaaS sales to play a pivotal role in orchestrating the sales strategy of an ambitious business. This company is a specialist consultancy and SaaS business within providing state of the art solutions to global institutions and industry leading enterprises alike.
In this role, you will oversee the development and implementation sales and marketing strategies to ensure long term growth and development of the business. In close collaboration with the key stakeholders and as part of the company's management team, you will work strategically align the sales strategy with product development and commercial design to provide competitive advantage within the market. Additionally, you will be a key representative of the company at key events nationally and internationally as well as oversee bid management with key clients. The role is Hybrid based but will require travel to bi-weekly stakeholder meetings in Reading.
The ideal candidate for this role is an entrepreneurially driven individual with a strong, demonstrable track record in SaaS sales and the ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously within a smaller-scale setup. The right candidate will possess excellent stakeholder and communication skills, along with the ability to work efficiently in highly specialised environments.
