Job Title: Head of Secure Facilities
Location: Bristol, GB + Hybrid Working Arrangements
Compensation: £70,000 - £85,000 + Car Package + Bonus Package

The Role
As the Head of Secure Facilities, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You will be responsible for the strategic management of the estate of Secure Facilities and oversight of facilities management services.
Day to day, you'll manage and execute the strategic plan for provision and upkeep of the facilities.
• Operational delivery of FM services provision
• Optimisation and continuous improvement to all FM related services
• Develop & monitor budgets for facilities management across the business unit
• Oversee management and implementation of the facilities CAPEX requirements
This role is full time / permanent role, flexible on base location.
Essential experience of the Head of Secure Facilities
• Extensive experience in facilities management operations
• Have created and delivered FM services across complex portfolios
• Experience of managing multiple projects / portfolios
• Experience of manging large budgets
• Ideally have experience within defence industry however not essential
Qualifications for the Head of Secure Facilities
• Degree in Facilities Management or other relevant subject
The successful candidate must be able to achieve Enhanced DV security clearance for this role.
