This is an excellent opportunity to provide strategic leadership, vision and direction to the Fostering, Permanence, Adoption, Family Time and Connected Carers specialisms alongside the recently absorbed Performance, Customer Feedback and Children’s Independent Referral Teams. You will also hold overall accountability for QA and Business Support provision to CSC.
We’re looking for candidates with demonstrable ambition to drive quality forward, using evidence-based tools and techniques that add real value to how we work.
You’ll have a visible leadership role within the company and with partners and should be comfortable working across organisations for the benefit of improving outcomes for families. You will join a cooperative and collaborative senior leadership team responsible for budget delivery, people, and performance management and will also be accountable for the service performance and operational standards through the establishment of clear targets and key performance indicators ensuring continuous improvement.
