About the Company

Our client is an industry leading provider of integrated workplace solutions, specializing in office design and build and furniture. They are looking for a Head of Small Works to join their team in Hampshire and help deliver Small Works projects up to £300k. 2024 has been extremely busy so far and with a strong pipeline and big plans in the works it would be an ideal time to join them in their journey.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Head of Small Works with a proven track record to join their experienced delivery team in Hampshire. Your primary objectives of the role will be managing the Pre-Contract process and estimating on projects. As the Head of Small Works you’ll look after all projects up to circa £300k from concept to completion.

• Pre-Contract Management
• Contract Management & Delivery
• Client Relationship Management
• Financial Management
• Risk Management
• Stakeholder Management
