What’s the role?

Reporting into the UK Head, you’ll be responsible for the procurement and sourcing function across the UK, including the colleagues within the team.

You’ll be able to demonstrate building a sustainable and smooth supply chain across a sizeable operation. Those who can evidence sourcing raw food ingredients will have a distinct advantage adnw ill those with a credible record of end to end procurement execution.

It goes without saying that you’ll be aware of what best practice looks like- ideally within food supply chain. But you’ll also implement process improvement and seek best value through great analysis and solid business insight. 

As well as the UK, you’ll play a role in working as part of the worldwide group operation- learning from these systems and collaborating where opportunities arise.

Words and ideas are one thing. But actions are leadership are where this candidate will truly shine. Credible in front of large suppliers, engaged in driving change among colleagues and setting standards and expectations will all be key to develop a market leading sourcing application.

The role will be delivered autonomously based upon the business need and your own. Balance home with site working. A commutable location from sites in the Home Counties, North West or London would be preferred.
