Head of Staff Communicationsand Engagement
Could you be our Head of Staff Communicationsand Engagement?
As a Trust with over 4,000 employees that is widespread throughout Coventry, Warwickshire and Solihull, keeping our staff informed, engaged and well is of the utmost importance to us all.
As our Head of Staff Communicationsand Engagement, you will have an exciting opportunity to develop an internal communications and Engagement strategy that has our people at the heart of it and be instrumental in improving our internal communications and Engagement KPIs.
The communications and Engagement team at CWPT has grown significantly and we’re now establishing specialist teams within the wider function for internal and external promotion. You’ll lead our newly formed staff engagement and communications team to deliver high-quality and strategic communications to staff across the Trust, as well as a health and wellbeing programme and increase opportunities to act on feedback across the organisation.
This is a brand-new role, which means that you’ll have the opportunity to shape and develop it, working closely with the Assistant Director of Communications and Engagement, the Trust Leadership team, and our directorates.
This role is agile and there will be plenty of opportunities to come together and collaborate in person, within the team and across the organisation.
