An exciting career opportunity has arisen for an experienced senior leader to lead the development of our Strategic Asset Management and Estates service and fully implement our Corporate Property Strategy. Reporting to the Assistant Director - Corporate Property you will be part of the senior leadership team, working collaboratively with council services to develop and implement a programme of Service Asset Management Plans, ensuring our assets meet the needs of communities. You will also play a key role in the strategic development of the Greater Lincolnshire One Public Estate Programme to create opportunities for place-based activities and service delivery.

To be successful in this role, you will be MRICS qualified experienced property professional with a track record of leadership across large, geographically dispersed and mixed age estates. Your expertise, knowledge and enthusiasm for transformation, leadership, property innovation, and collaboration will help us deliver ambitious and strategic outcomes that drive benefits for our partners, communities, and staff. With a proven track record in delivering transformation utilising the best of your leadership skills to foster trust and collaboration, you will bring rigour to our programmes as well as drive and energy to ensure change is sustainable.
