Description

• Oversee end to end Supply Chain and functions across the business.
• Develop and implement Supply Chain strategies to optimise efficiency and reduce cost.
• Manage relationships with suppliers to maximise leverage.
• Lead a high-performing team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to forecast global demand and ensure supply meets it.
• Identify risks within the Supply Chain and develop mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular reports on Supply Chain performance to key stakeholders.

Profile

A successful Head of Supply Chain should have:

• A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading a global Supply Chain function in the electrical manufacturing sector
• Strong influencing skills and the ability to manage relationships with suppliers.
• A thorough understanding of high volume, high precision electrical products and the complex Supply Chain that supports them.
• Excellent strategic planning abilities and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
