At Keto Hana, we started as nutrition enthusiasts with an obsession for ingredients that our bodies love, and food that our taste buds love. After a few years rapid growth selling directly to our wonderful customers online here in the UK, we’re listed in Holland & Barrett, Whole Foods Market, Planet Organic and others. We’ve raised capital and teamed up with some amazing partners to support a US launch in 2024 and accelerate our online and offline growth in both geographies.

At CRU we believe in setting a new standard for coffee; the torch-bearers for flavour, quality and taste - challenging the way people think about the coffee they’re consuming. Underpinning everything we do is our dedication to our organic principles; meaning that we don’t just deliver the best experience for our customers, but for our farmers, producers, and everyone else who has a part to play in its production. Starting out with a single coffee capsule back in 2013, we’ve now got a whole range of pods, bags, beans and grounds that can be found in anywhere from 5-star hotels to the shelves of your local Waitrose; forming the perfect springboard for growth in 2024 both in the UK and US.

We both need a world class supply and operations manager. You’ll be responsible for end to end supply from making sure our manufacturers produce and deliver the stock we need, and our orders arrive on time and in full to our customers.

What we think that looks like:

• Forecasting stock requirements (driven by wider sales forecasts)
• Completing / submitting purchase orders for stock and managing operational relationship with manufacturers
• Ownership of warehouse system
• Managing offline retail order logistics from point of incoming customer PO to delivery
• Managing operational relationships with customer operations teams and 3PL
• Accountability for all certification requirements e.g. Soil Association Organic

What we think you look like:

• 5+ years experience in supply and operations doing similar to that above
• Comfortable with Shopify, Amazon, Unleashed, Mintsoft (or similar software)
• Excellent attention to detail
• A team player: we’re both growing businesses with lean teams, and we all wear multiple hats from time to time

What it’s like to work with us

• We don’t believe in career ladders or tiers of management - if we have enough smart people in the room, we’ll solve the problem
• People are productive when they can take care of themselves. Expect generous holidays and to be left alone in the evenings
• Our shared 3PL is based in Leeds, expect to work from the warehouse twice per week, with 2 days in our London office once per month (with an overnight stay).
• Hybrid working with 2-3 days in our London office split between the brands.
• Real Incentivisation - salary will be competitive but the real incentive is equity. Everyone that works with us should be focussed on building a very big business, and benefiting from its success.
