Salary Network HR are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a high-growth, large Services business who are now seeking to hire a well-established Head of Talent Acquisition to join their Senior Leadership Team and lead the development of a new centralised resourcing function.
Reporting directly into the HR Director, you will hold responsibility for the large-scale, nationwide centralisation project, from the current federated model that is in place.
This role will be a challenging and sizable project that will require a resilient and ambitious Head of Recruitment who is a confident and inspiring communicator and can evidence previous experience;
working in a complex resourcing environment that involved a high-level of blue collar recruitment
successfully transforming the end to end recruitment offering
running a large, centralised recruitment team, leading them through a period of significant change
implementing RPOs, MPS and similar solutions.
