Ideal candidates:
- Serve as the primary leader in guiding enterprise-wide talent practices across the global enterprise.
- This pivotal role encompasses crucial functions such as performance management, succession planning, learning and development, leadership development, early careers development, organisational capability building and the employee engagement process.
- Serving as a trusted advisor to executive and senior leadership and HR business partners, you will make immediate and substantial impacts on both the front line, leadership and the Company as a whole.
- Will be able to lead the development and delivery of performance management and talent development methods and processes, aligning them with the business objectives and values.
- Performance Management and Leadership Framework
- Take overall responsibility for designing, developing, and delivering the organisation's leadership and performance management framework
- Have Stakeholder Engagement experience
- Partnership Development: having partnered relationships with senior executives throughout an organisation, building credibility and trust to provide high-quality guidance and support.
- Lead the development and implementation of strategy for a significant area of responsibility, anticipating challenges and opportunities to drive organisational success.
- Develop and implement talent management strategies, initiatives, and programs that support the development and retention of high-performing employees.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive talent development framework and infrastructure
- Solid understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
- Ideally hold a CIPD qualification and L & D qualification
