We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced senior sales manager to join our Conventions Sales team as Head of Technical Sales. This is a senior role within our Conventions Sales management team.

Reporting to the Managing Director Conventions, the role will focus on driving growth and maximising commercial returns from selling technical and production products / services to our Conventions (ICC and Vox) customers.

The role holder will develop and execute a Technical Sales strategy for the ICC and Vox. Delivering revenues and margins that exceed targets to maximise profitability and delivering outstanding customer service.

The successful candidate will have:

• Significant experience in a senior sales management position and service environment, ideally within a comparable market sector.
• A proven track record of delivering and managing sales targets within a commercial environment.
• Experience developing a sales strategy and leading a high performing sales function.
• Excellent relationship building and communication skills at all levels.
