A rare and superb opportunity to join a leading Cornish Business. Due to restructure and expansion, this rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Technical.

Responsibilities:

1) overall responsibilities for all finished products are to the required standards and quality.

2) ensuring the business maintains all third party industry standards and accreditations and future accreditations standards are met.

3) Senior point of contact for any and all complaints raised to management levels-ensuring Complaints procedures are met.

4) review all specification for products and processes.

5) investigate and review all production issues

6) monitor all supplier conduct and material quality.

7) Product Development Procedures

8) Continuous improvement in efficiencies and process.

Applicant background:

Ideal qualifications

Haccp Level 4

FSA Level 3

ISO14001

ISO9001

Business Admin Degree or equiv

Experience:

1) Food or Drink background or environment

2) Control Experience in a process Manufacturing background

3) Seasonal demand exposure

4) Quality Auditing Experience

5) Knowledge of Quality control procedures

6) Drinks experience advantageous.
