Head of UK Sourcing - FM

Your new company
You will be working for a leading real estate management business with managed offices all over the globe. These global players are leaders in their field, creating innovative solutions to modern problems.
Your new role
You will be working within a large-scale procurement function, reporting to the Head of Procurement. You will focus on Indirect FM & HR/Prof Services procurement. However, will gain exposure to other indirect spend areas across the business on an ad-basis. You will be responsible for strategic sourcing of your designated areas to drive process improvement as well as ensuring optimum value and quality is achieved by the business. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring departmental quarterly and annual savings are achieved by the team.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience of working within indirect procurement, particularly within the FM & Prof Services categories, and an understanding of the key sourcing principles. You should be confident in analysing large sets of spend data using Microsoft Excel to allow you to identify commercial opportunities within this. You should have a good understanding of standard contract forms and key terms, to allow you to hit the ground running in this role. You should be part MCIPS qualified or held a relevant degree such as finance or business.

You will be eligible for a competitive salary, with a generous 25 days holiday (excluding bank holidays). You will be entitled to private health care, life assurance and a bonus of up to 10% dependent on company and personal performance. You will be able to work on a hybrid basis, with between 2-3 days a week from home.
