C£120k per annum dependent on skills and experience

Permanent/full time

Location: Across the Anglian Water Region

We are seeking a strategic, visionary and transformation focused experienced leader for the role of Head of Water Supply within our Water Services division.

You will have overall accountability for the treatment and supply of safe, clean, wholesome water to all of Anglian Water's over 4 million customers, and the safety of the teams who operate and maintain those processes. Safety and Water Quality will always be our number one priorities.

What you'll be doing:

You will be leading the strategic transformation of Water Supply, particularly in relation to the delivery and commissioning of our Strategic Interconnector Pipeline, as part of a multi-AMP programme. You will create and develop a clear vision for Water Supply for the next AMP period and beyond and own delivery against this.

You will embrace innovation and digital opportunities, to both transform and optimise our processes and systems. You will continue to build culture of talent development, empowerment, inclusivity, and engagement within the Water Supply team, creating a strong talent pipeline and developing the skills that mean that Water Supply is fit for the future. Whilst leading change and transformation you will make sure that nothing compromises our focus on safety and water quality.

You will be performance focused, with a high support, high challenge approach, intent on continually raising the performance bar. You will deliver against budget, stretching performance measures and manage risk across our extensive asset base. You will have ownership of managing our capital delivery and leadership of the IOS(Water) Alliance, which delivers small scale agile investments to improve our treatment processes.

You'll be a member of the Water Services Senior Leadership team and wider Anglian Water Strategic Leadership community. You will build strong collaborative relationships particularly with our capital delivery Alliance Partners and external regulatory stakeholders
