As Head of Youth Services, you will be ambitious in your vision for the future of our work with young people, providing the strategic and operational leadership that takes us forward into the next chapter of our service growth and development in relation to both our youth & community work and alternative education provision.
You will provide motivational, enthusiastic, and enabling leadership to a team of Youth workers and education tutors, building a culture of innovation. collaboration, and excellence that embodies our company values and ensures that each team member can participate in shaping the vision and strategy for service growth.

Blend Youth Project represents the youth provision of the charity Valley CiDS. Working across both Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire, we provide a range of Youth work activities, support services and education provision for young people in their local communities, with the purpose of creating safe spaces for young people to build new friendships, gain new skills, and to access valuable signposting and support services. We believe passionately in positively affecting the life paths of young people, promoting their well-being, and enhancing their life chances.
