Head Front of House Patient Co-Ordinator
A state-of-the-art family owned Cosmetic and Aesthetic Clinic based in Nottingham that was founded in 2004. Zenith Cosmetic Clinics is a multidisciplinary aesthetic clinic based in Nottingham and London, offering the most advanced and innovative techniques for surgical, non-surgical and dental treatments, it also offers its very own operating theatre. Zenith Cosmetic Clinics is home to an experienced team of world-renowned surgeons, clinicians, and dentists, who are experts in their fields and able to deliver the highest standard of care to patients.
Role
This dynamic and interactive role will require you to work face-to-face with our valued patients to create a positive and welcoming experience. You must be a dynamic and organised individual, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Therefore, you must be an effective communicator with innate ability to engage with people showing empathy, care and compassion. We are looking for an individual who can drive sales without a hard sell. They will be required to lead a small reception team to achieve targets. Previous experience in leadership and aesthetics/medical is required as the expectation is that you will be the service brand ambassador for the clinic.
It is mandatory that you be flexible to support holiday cover and the needs of the business. You will need to be an excellent collaborator, working with some of the best medical practitioners in the country to manage their diaries and day to day bookings.
Skills
· Educational achievement to at least GCSE level (or equivalent) including English Language and Maths.
· At least 5 years’ experience in reception & hospitality.
· At least 2 years experience in the aesthetic/medical industry including dental
· Previous Leadership & coaching experience.
· Target-driven with a warm calling approach to new and existing patients.
· Computer literate, able to use a range of software programmes including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. The ability to learn new IT software quickly (with training)
· First Class communication skills – face-to-face; phone and email
· Excellent organisation skills and diary planning
· Attention to detail and ability to pre-empt any issues that may be up and coming for patients.
· A proven record of excellent customer service and selling skills.
Salary – £12.50 per hour
Contracted hours: 26.5 hours per week
- Monday: OFF
- Tuesday: 8:30 am-16:00pm (Including 30-minute lunch)
- Wednesday: 8:30 am- 16:00pm (Including 30-minute lunch)
- Thursday: 12:00 pm-5 pm (Including 30-minute lunch) {Alternate with Saturday shift}
- Friday: 8:30 pm- 17:00 pm (Including 30-minute lunch)
- Saturday: 5 hours (flexitime)
