Head Sommelier

Salary up to £55,000

Things to know:

• Michelin-starred restaurant


• You will be in a team of four

Things you will be doing as a Head Sommelier:

• Working closely with the Assistant General Manager


• Create and update wine lists, ensuring they are accurate.


• Share and improve other colleagues wine knowledge.


• Monitor wine inventory levels and place orders.


• Ensure proper storage to maintain the quality of the wines.


• Deliver a memorable experience for all guests.


• Conduct wine tastings.

You will be a great fit if you have:

• Experience in a fine dining establishment, Michelin preferred but not mandatory


• Experience as an Assistant Head Sommelier or Head Sommelier


• WSET Level 2


• Strong passion and extensive knowledge of different wines.


• You are energetic and confident


• Be an excellent team player with exceptional communication skills
