We are looking for a highly skilled, top class Head Sushi Chef who has experience leading a busy sushi section. The successful Head Sushi Chef should bring with them a wealth of creative knowledge and an eye for detailed presentation and impeccable knife skills.

The Person
The ideal Head Sushi Chef will have the following:

• Solid experience as a Head Sushi Chef
• Premium, Mayfair restaurant experience
• Stable career history
• Menu development and training experience
• Previous experience preparing sushi and sashimi of the highest quality.
• An outgoing and passionate approach to the cuisine
• A stable employment history
• Creative
• Driven to push for the best quality ingredients, presentation and end product
