Hours: Full Time, £31,000 PA, plus service charge & commission

Hours: Full Time, 42.5 hours per week over 5 days.
In the busy months our therapist team have earnt up to £300 in service charge per month. Whilst service charge varies, there is never a quiet day at THE PIGs, so you can expect your piggy bank to be filled.

We are delighted to be searching for a Head Therapist to lead our skilled team of Therapists.
Each PIG hotel has its own, totally unique single treatment rooms that are set within the hotel grounds. Our guests love this quirky, yet truly indulgent experience, the Therapists who run the converted sheep huts are really the heroes of the story here.
As Head Therapist you will be key to our success of our treatment rooms. You will need to have a can-do attitude and not be afraid to be hands on with treatments. Being truly reflective of our brand, you will encourage our small team of Therapists to provide the high levels of service we are known for.
Our Therapists understand that there is nothing wrong with mixing different massage techniques to suit the task in hand.
As Head Therapist, you will guide your guest through the hotels luscious grounds, providing valuable information of how the treatment can be tailor-made to meet their individual needs.
When not in treatments, you will be responsible for all activities relating to the therapist’s team including the management of bookings, promoting treatments, writing rota’s, stock management and team recruitment.
The ideal candidate will be confident and enjoy delighting our guests. Experience in a similar role with demonstrable skill is essential, plus CIDESO or CIBTAC qualified.
