Key Responsibilities:
- Exceptional Guest Service: Provide outstanding service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience at MUSU Manchester is memorable and exceeds expectations.
- Expert Menu Knowledge: Have an in-depth understanding of our menu items, preparation techniques, and ingredients to educate and advise guests effectively.
- Table Management: Oversee a section of the restaurant, managing guest interactions, order coordination, and table settings with proficiency and elegance.
- Team Coordination: Work seamlessly with kitchen and other dining room staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
- Feedback Handling: Address any guest concerns with professionalism and tact, and relay relevant feedback to management and kitchen staff.
- Maintain Standards: Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in all areas of the restaurant.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting, ideally in a similar role.
- Exceptional communication skills and fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality service.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A passion for the hospitality industry and a drive for continuous learning and improvement.
