Heads of Faculty
We are seeking 2 Heads of Faculty to complete our team of 4 to provide day-to-day operational management of a range of curriculum areas, working across the matrix of shared services provision to ensure an effective, efficient and high-quality curriculum offer delivering positive student outcomes, underpinned by an excellent student experience.
As a member of the management team, the post holder will plan, review and develop the curriculum to ensure that it meets the current and future skills needs of the local area and prospective learners and apprentices, leading on the ongoing improvement in the quality of teaching, learning and assessment for the subjects within their faculty.
Responsible for a large team, the suitable candidate will be a proven people manager, with the ability to demonstrate the skills required to delegate and lead deputies. It is essential that applicants have a passion for education and making a difference.
Salary: up to £52,914
Hours: 35 hours per week (2 full time posts available)
Tenure:  Permanent 
Annual Leave: 35 days, plus bank holidays and Christmas closure period
