The successful candidate will lead an established staff team, maintaining the school's high standards and enabling the best possible outcomes for pupils, while effectively managing the school's finances and referrals. THE CANDIDATEOur client is seeking applicants who are experienced Headteachers/Principals, preferably from within the specialist sector, who have a firm grasp of the current Ofsted framework, accompanied by a history of good or outstanding ratings. As an experienced leader in the specialist education sector, you will know how to effectively deploy staff and foster a culture of continuous improvement in the school.
