Day-to-day of the role:- Provide inspirational and strategic leadership to the school community.
- Drive the development and implementation of the school’s vision, ethos, and strategic direction.
- Ensure the delivery of a high-quality education that promotes excellent academic outcomes and personal development for all pupils.
- Lead, motivate, support, and develop staff to create a collaborative and high-performing team.
