Regional Health and Safety Advisor - Devon/Cornwall/Somerset | >£49,000 + car allowance

As they continue to expand, they are seeking a Regional Health and Safety Advisor for the Devon, Cornwall, and Somerset areas. As the Regional Health and Safety Advisor, you will report directly to the Health and Safety Manager and provide on-site support and monitoring of Health and Safety standards. You will be a strong communicator with excellent planning skills and the ability to stay one step ahead. Our ideal candidate is client-focused and has sound commercial acumen, able to deliver results within deadlines.

Role Responsibilities:

• Liaise with clients and the internal Health and Safety team
• Attend client Health and Safety meetings
• Provide on-site support to the site team
• Review safe systems of work
• Attend and advise during safe start meetings
• Manage day-to-day Health and Safety activities on site
• Conduct workplace inspections and report findings
• Coordinate training for project staff

Role Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills with experience in a client-facing role
• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent qualification
• Proficient in IT with strong report-writing skills
