Are you a Health and Safety Advisor or similar looking for a varied and exciting position where you will be responsible for Office and Factory based HSE compliance within a well-established globally leading Ink Manufacturing company who can provide further internal training to upskill yourself and a bonus to increase earnings?

This well-established yet ambitious company began providing their global-reaching services over 100 years ago and have become an international force in the ink printing industry. The company is at the forefront of sustainable practice, offering ink and coating solutions to the commercial, packaging and commercial sectors, operating in 50 locations around the world with almost 4,000 employees, boasting a £45 million turnover.

In this dynamic role you will have the autonomy to implement and maintain the HSE Policy, as well as advising on legislation, procedures, and company standards to ensure legal compliance. You will have the opportunity to make the role your own in addition to being responsible for conducting safety inspections and audits to identify hazards, updating safety policies, providing safety training to employees, and cooperating with multiple departments to ensure smooth adherence to regulations.

The Role:

• Implement and maintain the HSE Policy
• Monitor the safety of the workforce
• Conduct safety inspections and have an impact on audits
• Advising on legislation, procedures, and company standards to ensure legal compliance
• Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

The Person:

• Health and Safety Advisor or similar
• NEBOSH or working towards qualification
• Commutable to Rochdale
