Salary: £45,000 plus Excellent Benefits

Irwin & Colton have been engaged by a leading consultancy to recruit a Health & Safety Consultant to join their growing team. The consultancy have built an excellent reputation and a unique client network which is helping them to drive growth across all areas of their business. The role will be predominantly site based, providing an opportunity to gain experience with a range of different clients.

The responsibilities of the Health and Safety Consultant:

• Working with a range of clients on project delivery, identifying and accurately assessing Health and Safety and working with them to deliver solutions
• Playing a vital role across the company in order to meet and surpass client expectations
• Undertaking auditing, policy review, training, risk assessments and management systems assessment where required
• Engaging internally to share best practice and ideas, constantly assessing opportunities for improvement and innovation

The successful Health and Safety Consultant will have:

• NEBOSH General (or equivalent)
• Experience within a Health and Safety role, ideally from within construction or property services industry
• Excellent communications skills with proven experience of engaging with a range of stakeholders
• A positive and pragmatic attitude to problem solving within Health and Safety
