Hours: 40 per week

Location: Central Oxford.

Summary:

• To provide administration support associated with the management, control and reporting of compliance delivery data, to ensure that all contractual and statutory requirements are met. - Analysing PPM service documents and delivery data and producing compliance delivery reports and statistics
• This Job Description is not exhaustive and other duties and responsibilities of a similar level and nature may be required from time to time.

Main Duties:

• Coordinate FOG Grease Trap and Kitchen Extract audits with external Contractor Ventilate, Landsec and Brand Partners ensuring any High-risk actions are documented on RiskWise, making sure Brand Partners are Compliant.
• Ensure all incidents are reported and investigate in accordance with agreed procedures and ensure investigations are complete and protect all parties from potential claims.
• Oversee RiskWise Permit process onsite ensuring all Contractors and Brand Partners are adhering to the process and any issues resolved promptly.
• Provide adequate training on permit systems, risk, and compliance to relevant staff onsite.
• Record monthly slip tests for both Westgate and Castle Quarter sites.
• Keep Health and Safety and Environmental site information boards up to date.
• Oversee COSHH/Risk Assessments/MSDs across site.Coordinate Allianz/KONE Lift/Escalator inspections onsite and subsequently review inspections on RiskWise, referring any actions to KONE/D2E and following up through actions being completed.
• Oversee Environmental RiskWise module ensuring Waste Transfer notes are compliant and recorded on the system.
• Liaise with Landsec personal providing RiskWise/Compliance reporting as and when requested.
• Managing the CAFM system Concept Evolutio
• Coordinating external contractors.

What We Are Looking For:-

Essential:

• Must be IOSH-Qualified
• Intermediate knowledge of the MS office package (Word and Excel)
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Able to work in a demanding and busy environment
• Organised and Efficient
