As our Health and Safety Manager you will be responsible for a team of four and play a key role in ensuring we are brilliant with people You will lead and drive modern Health and Safety practices across the organisation working with our digital team to automate and standardise these where possible. The role requires independent thought, and you will have considerable autonomy to shape the Health and Safety strategy and workplan which includes people related fire safety. It is exciting times for us as we look to develop our offer and expand our reach. You will need the agility to balance day to day Health and Safety demands with supporting critical business projects. You will be working with a wide variety of stakeholders across the organisation from front line staff to members of our Board. The ability to build relationships and quietly influence will be key to your success as will pragmatic solutions to potentially complex people related challenges. You will need an IOSH/NEBOSH qualification and substantial experience in a Health and Safety role preferably within a social care or learning disability care environment.
