Health and Safety Officer – Bolton

£19.00 per hour

Contract – Full Time - HYBRID

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinating Health and Safety measures across housing related services, to minimise risk ensure compliance with legislation and promote best practice.
• Supporting the development of arrangements and practices that mainstream Health and Safety and encourage a positive, enabling culture.
• Researching, updating, reviewing, developing, communicating, publishing and advising on plans, procedures, policy, strategies and arrangements.
• Delivering training to ensure capable and competent Health and Safety practice is mainstreamed by managers and their teams.
• Undertaking investigations and audits and, where appropriate leading on the delivery of appropriate follow-up actions.
