We are looking to recruit an experienced, dynamic forward thinking H+S Officer keen to assist and support Schools and the wider Education Department
The principal duties of the post are to provide competent H+S and Fire Safety advice, develop/review policy and procedure, undertake audits, inspections, site visits, investigate accidents, provide reports and management recommendations and attend H+S groups and committees.
To successfully fulfil this role within a diverse forward thinking service, high levels of communication, technological and interpersonal skills are essential in addition to extensive H+S experience and knowledge, preferably within multiple areas and working environments, in addition you will be expected to contribute towards the attainment of corporate and service objectives.
