This will be a home based role however will be based out of Lutterworth where the majority of the training takes place. You will have the opportunity to train the staff to gain their Level 3 NEBOSH General Certificate and help them start positive careers within Health and Safety.
This role is suited to people who are looking to help grow the Health and Safety Industry by training colleagues to the Level 3 NEBOSH Qualification.
Health and Safety Trainer – Lutterworth – Up to 47,000 + Car
The minimum requirements for this role are:
- NEBOSH General Certificate / IOSH Managing Safely
- Must be able to deliver and train people to the Level 3 NEBOSH General
- To create and conduct training courses for the NEBOSH General Certificate and IOSH Managing Safely
- Work with the wider team to help develop and implement training strategies and plans
- Identifying gaps in training and working with the wider team to support team
- members on extra training qualifications
- Funding for extra qualifications as you develop your career
