About the role
We are a small and successful team looking to recruit a highly motivated and proactive individual to teach across a range of BTEC, T level and Access to HE Health and Social Care programmes at our Leek and Buxton campus. Applicants should be qualified to level 6 or above in a Health related field and will be able to teach a diverse range of topics as well as learn new skills.
Whilst this will primarily be classroom based, we also require candidates to have the digital skills to deliver effective lessons using a range of online resources and platforms (for example Microsoft teams or Blackboard). Our tutors will need to be adaptable, creative and resourceful in the face of the current challenges in education.
Industry experience and experience of teaching in an FE environment would be desirable, however, consideration will be given to recent graduates or industry experts with good communication skills who are looking to pursue a career in teaching. Support to gain a teaching qualification may be available for the right candidate
