Salary: £19,595 - £22,247 per annum, (pro rata of £24,494 - £27,809) plus excellent benefits
Contract Type: Fractional, 29.6 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. Permanent.
Location: Paignton, Devon
Are you a compassionate individual with experience of working within the Heal and Wellbeing environment? Do you want to support staff working in an educational setting? Then this role may be an ideal opportunity for you.
We are looking for a Health and Wellbeing Coordinator to join our People Team. This is a busy role requiring a motivated individual that has a positive approach to the mental Health and Wellbeing of others. Your empathy and clear communication skills will be needed to help you oversee the college’s approach towards Health and Wellbeing for staff, including how it is reflected in the design of Continuous Professional Development, behaviour policies, and how staff are supported with their own wellbeing.
The successful candidate will have a relevant Level 3 qualification in addition to Maths and English at GCSE grade 4 (c) or above. You will have experience of working with people in supporting mental health issues and be resilient in dealing with setbacks and difficult situations. Having a methodical and organised working approach is essential in this role, along with the ability to work under your own initiative as well as part of a team.
