About the Opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Health & Wellbeing Coordinator to join our Field Solutions, National Operations Line of Business. The successful candidate will become part of a respected and ambitious team working in the Nuclear & Defence sector throughout the UK.
This hybrid role will be a combination of office-based working and undertaking regular travel to our UK sites and projects for face-to-face engagements. The successful candidate will develop and execute Health and Wellbeing projects associated with the Jacobs Field Solutions business core values and targets.
The Health & Wellbeing Coordinator will report directly to the HSE Lead and will work closely with the Field Solutions project teams to promote and overlook the governance of Health and Wellbeing across the Line of Business.
Here's What You'll Need:
  • Ability to develop business Health and Wellbeing strategies;
  • Produce and deliver training to all levels of the organisation;
  • Engage with local community projects and deliver socio-economic value;
  • Available to undertake regular UK travel;
  • Mental Health First Aider;
  • Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to work with people at all levels of an organisation;
  • Strong IT and communication skills;
  • UK Citizenship;
  • Able to obtain Security clearance.
