Health Care Assistant - James Ward

James Ward have vacancies to recruit a full-time and part-time Health Care Assistant, working in our busy, acute Ward that specialises in Cardiology with Elective and Emergency admissions.
You will need to be well motivated and committed to high standards of patient care and personal professional development. Hospital experience is desirable but not essential. A minimum of two years experience in health and social care is also desirable.
We have an excellent multidisciplinary team approach and work with an exceptional extended team. We will provide a supportive atmosphere, mentorship and clinical supervision on the ward and are committed to professional development of all staff. Team working is an integral part of this ward with all staff enabled and empowered to make a real difference for their patients.
Working on Internal rotation is a requirement of the full-time role, working day shifts and night shifts.
