Given our success in providing high quality person-centred care we are looking to expand our team of healthCare Assistants to help provide care / support to individuals in their own homes across the Preston area.
The Role
- Personalized Care: Assist with hygiene, continence, oral care, and provide reassurance.
- Medication Support: Manage medications for adherence and safety.
- Household Support: Help with meal prep, laundry, and housekeeping.
- Transition Support: Aid in transitioning home from hospital stays.
- Community Access: Safely facilitate appointments and activities.
- Health Monitoring: Monitor conditions and skin integrity, report changes promptly.
The Candidate
- 1 year experience in Domiciliary/Home care (or related experience).
- Willing and eager to provide person-centred care.
- Good communication.
- A compassionate advocate for those under their care.
- Friendly and caring approach.
