We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Workers to join our team. As a Care Worker, you will provide essential support and assistance to 3 siblings with complex medical needs, in need of care, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals in their homes
-Perform complex medical procedures, such as tracheostomy changes, Ventilation management, and PEG feeding.
- Assist with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in care or related field is required.
- Skills in complex care is required,
- Familiarity with home care procedures and protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow care plans accurately and effectively.
-Must be able to work anyday of the week, Day AND Night shifts - times of shifts are: 1200-1700 1200-2000, 2200-0800
