We are currently recruiting for a Part timeHealth Club & Spa Receptionist at Nutfield Priory Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels.
Nutfield Priory, our award-winning country house hotel and spa, is regarded as one of the best hotels in Redhill, Surrey. With elegant décor, spacious rooms, a relaxing spa and many modern amenities throughout, our boutique country house hotel in Surrey is an oasis of tranquillity.
About the Role
- The role of our Health Club & Spa receptionist is to welcome and engage with our members and guests, delivering exceptional customer service through greeting them on arrival, answering phone calls, responding to emails and booking them in for treatments & classes.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the hotel, Health Club & Spa and treatments on offer and provide thoughtful recommendations, tailored to each guest to help create magical memories.
- Build and maintain relationships within the team and ensure communication is clear between the shifts.
- Most of all we will want you to be inspired, have fun and enjoy being part of our Hand Picked Team.
About you:
- Be passionate about going above and beyond for our members and guests and recognise and skilfully act on opportunities to make the guest experience memorable through offering or suggesting appropriate products and facilities.
- Be able to demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence, enabling you to be able to anticipate our guests needs ensuring they receive a Hand Picked experience.
- Most of all, you’ll have a friendly, welcoming and genuine manner.
- You’ll take pride in your appearance and the standards and ambiance of our Health Club & Spa.
- Previous Health Club or spa reception experience is desirable, but not essential, if you have a reception background and with an understanding of a spa environment then you may be considered for the role.

- A competitive salary package of £13.00 per hour, additional hours will be paid, plus a share of service charge.
- This is a Part-Time role working 16 hours per week, which may vary depending on business needs. Shifts will be either an early start at 6am or a late finish at 10pm and will require flexibility on days and shifts, to include weekends.
