This Role;

We are seeking to recruit an experienced Health & Safety Administrator to join our team based in our Beeston office.

Overall Responsibility:

• Collate all information pertinent to MTVH's Occupational Health and Safety performance standards and ensure that accurately and appropriately detailed reports are produced.
• Support the structure and systems designed to provide assurance on Health and Safety compliance to the business
• Provide all required administrative support as requested by the Head of H&S and the Health and Safety Manager
• Administration of the H&S Business systems, SHE, Cardinus, Solo Protec and other systems as required

What you'll need to succeed

Admin Experience, ideally in an H&S role,

• Good understanding/appreciation of Health and Safety
• The ability to understand and absorb information
• Skills in coordinating and planning, attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent and clear communicator
• Good time management to produce timely reports
• Experience in coordinating/producing High-level performance reports
• Good report template design, formatting and creation skills are essential
• Good understanding/appreciation of Health and Safety
• Good level of English and Math's required
• Computer literate with a good understanding of MS - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
