This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading manufacturer in a newly created position as a Health & Safety Co-ordinator.
Your new role
You will Report directly to the Health & Safety Manager, and will play a crucial role in developing Health & Safety awareness. You will coach and support team members with training, manage agreed KPIS's ensuring they are fully integrated and managed by all departments. In the unlikely event of any accidents you will assist in investigations, developing any required changes as part of the process, support audits and audit preparation, keeping systems up to date, developing strategies in delivering required change.What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have working knowledge gained within an FMCG environment, have a good understanding of the principles of ISO standards, Nebosh General certificate or level 6 NVQ equivalent, experience of managing a behavourial programme. Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders, identify and support training.
