Salary Overview
We are looking for a passionate, proactive and hands–on Health, Safety and Environmental Advisor with relevant knowledge and experience to join our team. Ensuring that we continually embed a positive and visible HSE culture across the Group.
Salary: GBP40,000
The successful candidate will be knowledgeable and experienced across all health, safety and environmental elements. Ideally with familiarity in working in a fast–paced and rapid growth environment.

Enterprise Flex–E–Rent is the commercial vehicle rental division of Enterprise in the UK and Ireland and is one of the UK's largest and most diverse commercial vehicle rental businesses.
With a fleet of more than 50,000 vehicles and over 1,000 employees, we are based across 40+ locations in the UK and Ireland. The business provides a unique breadth of vehicles and services tailored to the needs of commercial vehicle hire customers including in–house service, maintenance & repair of our vehicles.
Responsibilities
Regular visits and undertaking of audits to our sites is a critical success factor and as well as providing expert advice and support to the Depot network in UK & Ireland.
As part of the team, you will be reporting to the HSE Manager and support them by:
Reacting positively and efficiently to any health and safety concerns raisedEnsuring legal compliance across the GroupTaking the lead in promoting matters relating to HSE on projects under their controlMonitoring HSE objectives and targetsCompleting regular Depot inspections and audits and including monitoring the results and close out of any non–conformances This role comes with a company car and up to 25 days holiday entitlement in addition to statutory bank holidays as well as access to other benefits including private healthcare, life assurance, EAP, contributory Pension and various employee discount schemes in addition to excellent career development opportunities.
Qualifications
You will hold the NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum)You will have a strong understanding of all HSE legislationHave experience in ISO 14001 Environmental Management, ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management and ISO 9001 Quality ManagementWilling to travel generally for 3 days a week and hold a valid driving licence
