What you'll be doing:
As the Health & Safety Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership for all Health & Safety across the business and their multiple sites. You will take the lead on providing competent advice to the board, stakeholders and all levels of staff and deliver measurable results that contribute to the overall business objectives. The role will also see you delivering key safety training programmes including inductions, COSHH & Fire Safety to ensure the company is following protocols and all employees have an understanding of H&S in the workplace.

What we're looking for:

• Experience working in H&S at an operational and strategic level
• NEBOSH Diploma
• Cert IOSH (minimum)
• Track record of driving continuous improvement on Health & Safety and fire safety
• Experience of working in a multi-side organisation would be desirable
• Strong communication skills
• Critical thinking and active listening skills
• Mental Health First Aider (desirable)
