Health & Social Care Assessor & Tutor

Craft Training are seeking an experienced Assessor for Levels 1, 2 and 3 Health & Social Care qualifications to teach a cohort of learners both in the classroom and work environment..

Minimum 5 years working in the Health and Social Care industry

Hold a minimum of a Level 3/4 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent

Ability to communicate effectively with learners with a range of abilities and motivation.

To have compassion and a want to help young learners achieve and develop their skills

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Full clean driving licence.

Ability to meet deadlines.

Ability to work with external customers and stakeholders.

Ability to work flexibly and effectively as a member of a team.

Be an experienced assessor and hold a recognised Assessors Award

Have experience in delivering NVQs, vocational qualifications and other components of Apprenticeships

Have experience of internal verification processes

Level 4 Certificate in Teaching / PGCE or equivalent

GCSE English and Maths or equivalent

Ability to utilise ICT
