Job Title: Health Visitor Band 6
Duration: 3 Months, Ongoing
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: Ongoing
Rate of Pay: £30.00 per hour
About the Role:
We're seeking a passionate Health Visitor to work collaboratively within multi-agency settings, championing health and well-being. You'll manage caseloads and deliver the Healthy Child programme, ensuring top-notch service to families, individuals, and groups in the community. Your focus? Promoting physical, social, and psychological well-being for all.
Requirements:
- SCPHN Health Visitor Post Graduate Diploma or Certificate
- Current NMC Registration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience in multi-agency working and child protection
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Knowledge of current health agendas relating to children, families, and health visiting
- Ability to travel to various locations for work duties
