Salary An exciting opportunity has arisen for Health Care Assistants to work within our Intermediate care unit . This consists of working across our IMC sites which are Bexhill Irvine unit, Rye Memorial Hospital and Milton Grange. A minimum of NVQ2 in health and social care or the equivalent experience is essential/ desirable.
The ESHT Rehabilitation strategy is focused on improving the quality and performance of our acute and community services to deliver high quality rehabilitation across East Sussex. This is a dynamic and changing environment, and the strategy is working to support our staff, teams and the organisation as a whole to make meaningful changes that bring about improvements in rehabilitation for the benefit of our population living in East Sussex. There will opportunities to enhance your role and develop your education with English and Maths opportunities as well as the care certificate.

As a vital member of the care team, you will support Registered Practitioner in the delivery of routine patient care. You will undertake a broad range of care activities under the direct supervision of a Registered Practitioner.
This will be an internal rotation for our IMC units and will include working days, nights and weekends.
The post holder will need to attend a period of induction and training before commencing in the role.
